many decades after his basketball career: Jim on Hour of Power re "Miracle of Kindness "






New Basketball Photos (newly discovered that is)


for those who came here because of the funeral link, and are most interested in Jim's life story including his basketball days, the pictures below are from his Calvin College years, which was and still is part of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA). Jim's jersey number was #24 . The Calvin letter jacket he is shown wewaring in numerous photos is still in the Kok family archive . Note: I experimented with colorizing some of the photos. In some cases it worked very nicely but in other cases if the original photo was too vague, the AI altered the facial characteristics too much. SO I either discarded and tried again or in some cases I just included it even though it is a bit off.
